These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Femboy Social ("we", "us", "our") and the website at femboysocial.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility – 18+ only

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
• We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is underage, we will terminate their account and delete their data.
• You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using the Service.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. User content

"User Content" includes your profile, photos, bio, messages, and any other material you upload or share.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting it.

4. Prohibited content and behaviour

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post, share, or request any content that is illegal, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Post, request, or share sexually explicit content, including nudity, pornography, or sexual acts. This includes messages asking for or pressuring others to send explicit images.
• Solicit or offer paid sexual services, escorting, or any form of compensated sexual activity.
• Engage in financial scams, romance scams, phishing, or requests for money from other users.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age.
• Promote or arrange illegal activities.
• Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the Service or other users' accounts.

5. Safety and responsibility

We do not run background checks on users and cannot guarantee that other users' content or behaviour is safe or genuine. Always use common sense and caution when interacting with others online or meeting in person. You are solely responsible for your safety and decisions.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We take enforcement seriously to maintain a safe community. We may, at our discretion, do the following:

• Review and moderate User Content (including messages and photos) where necessary for safety, compliance, and enforcement of these Terms.
• Remove or edit any content that appears to violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
• Issue warnings to users who violate minor rules.
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in severe violations (e.g., sexual solicitation, harassment, scams), or cause harm to others.
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement or other authorities when required.

We reserve the right to take action without prior notice, especially in cases of serious misconduct.

7. Reporting violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Terms, please report it to us via the Support page or the in-app reporting tools. We review reports as quickly as possible and may take appropriate enforcement actions.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the design, branding, and underlying code, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as allowed by law.

9. Service availability and changes

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
• We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination of account

By you: You may delete your account at any time via the app/settings. This will permanently remove your profile, photos, and messages (subject to our data retention policy).
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. Termination may be permanent and without prior notice in cases of severe violations.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service is operated/managed (you can adapt this section to your specific country). Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
